Frequently Asked Questions

  • Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes and are billed at $245 per session.

    Payment is processed by credit card through Jane at the time of your appointment. A receipt will be provided following each session for insurance reimbursement.

  • I offer both in-person and virtual sessions.

    In-person sessions are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at my West Broadway office.
    Virtual sessions are available Monday through Thursday between 9:00am and 3:00pm, and are conducted through a secure, confidential platform via Jane.

    At this time, I do not offer evening appointments.


  • Our first session is an opportunity to get a sense of what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and whether it feels like a good fit. From there, we’ll work collaboratively to set goals and tailor our work together in a way that feels helpful and manageable.

  • This depends on your needs and goals. Many clients begin with weekly or biweekly sessions, and we adjust over time as things evolve.

  • From time to time, I offer small group therapy sessions. You’re welcome to reach out if this is something you’d be interested in, as offerings vary depending on interest and availability.

  • I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are subject to the full session fee.

  • I do not provide crisis or on-call services. If you are in immediate distress or require urgent support, please contact your local crisis line or go to the nearest emergency department.

  • You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Therapy can be helpful whether you’re navigating something specific or simply feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or wanting support through a period of change.
