• Individual therapy is a space to focus on something you’re going through, whether that’s a specific concern or a broader pattern you’re wanting to better understand or shift.

A core part of my approach is taking the time to really understand what’s going on and to get clear on what we’re actually trying to work on together. Often, that means getting curious about the issue, exploring patterns, and making sure we’re focusing on the right problem before moving into change.

From there, we’ll work collaboratively to clarify what feels most important to you, develop insight into what’s happening, and build practical strategies to support meaningful, sustainable change. My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies, including CBT and DBT, and is always tailored to your individual needs and goals.

  • I also offer therapy focused on the perinatal period, which can include support during pregnancy, postpartum, or while navigating challenges related to fertility, birth experiences, or loss.

This work may involve navigating changes in identity, relationships, mood, or expectations, as well as making space for the emotional complexity that can come with this stage of life.

Sessions are often one-on-one, and depending on your goals, can also include your partner. This can be helpful when working through shared challenges, improving communication, or finding ways to support one another during this time.

  • From time to time, I offer small group therapy sessions. These may include supportive, discussion-based groups as well as more structured, skills-based groups drawing from CBT or DBT.

You’re welcome to reach out if this is something you’d be interested in, as offerings vary depending on interest and availability.
